The target group of the project are HORECA trainers who want to raise and adapt their competences to the needs of the market.
Trainers, in addition to vast knowledge in their profession, should have the competence of the techniques and tools used for running training groups.
The increased level of competence of trainers who train in the HORECA industry will have an impact on the functioning and development of the entire industry in the international environment
